Required :
- A minimum of 2 years of experience out of which 1 year should have been in MIS in the call centre industry.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel including writing formulae, charting and generating pivot tables and pivot charts.
- Familiarity with other MS Office products like MS Access and MS PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with handling databases and SQL scripting would be an added advantage.
- Delivery of reports with highest quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting & validation of various data requests.
- Catering to reporting requirements from Operations.
- Documentation of reporting process to ensure backup and consistency.
