About 4-6 years’ experience in implementation
and maintenance of Oracle HRMS 11.5.10/Rel 12
Experience in developing technical /functional
designs and specifications for applications extensions and customizations.
Hands-on experience in Oracle Apps HRMS schema
structures like tables and APIs, flexfields, Concurrent programs, FTP processes,
workflows
Oracle Applications: HRMS 11i/R12,Core HR ,
Payroll/OLM/SSHR
Developing R.I.C.E elements in the Oracle Apps
Environment, using core development such as PL/SQL objects, Oracle
Forms/Personalization, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflows and Oracle Alerts.
Proficient in HR business process understanding
and conceptualization.
Proficient in Interfaces Development /
Customization.
Good knowledge about tools like Toad/ SQL Plus
is required.
Knowledge of Oracle AIM documentation,
preparing BR100, MD50 and MD70.
Having at least two End to End
Implementations.
