Mandatory Skills:

  • Need to market the Bench of skilled Technical Professional consultant.
  • Need to be flexible to work in different time zone of US.
  • Must be familiar with US Tax Term & Job Portals.
  • Should be professional with LinkedIn
  • Must have good network with Prime vendors and Implementation partners.
Eligibility:
Candidates must have good Verbal and Written skills.
  • Should have Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have proven experience in US Staffing as Bench Sales.
  • Should have US market awareness and good network in IT industry.
  • Effective strategic thinking, search skills, cross group collaboration, are necessary.
  • Should have maintain strong data base of Direct Vendors contacts
  • Should have strong skills in searching social networking sites.
  • Strong organizational, time management and relationship building skills
