  • Work with project leads/developers to confirm and substantiate understanding and test plans

  • Follow and enforce QA methodologies as per organization guidelines
  • Prioritize work load and meet multiple parallel project deadlines
  • Be accountable for meeting deadlines and deliverable quality
  • Learn and deploy new QA methodologies as needed
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Knowledge of various QA methodologies, QA practices and software engineering processes
  • Ability to create and review technical documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports
  • Strong problem identification skills
  • Good communication skills Ability to work in cross cultural environment
  • Highly motivated and capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethics and positive team attitude
