Role and responsibility:

Implemented ISO 9001 2008, Should have defined processes for a midsize organization Definition and Implementation of ISO 27001 standard, participation in MR meetings.

Candidate should have:

  • Should be able to manage process implementation and audits independently for Business units 
  • good project management and team management skills
  • interpersonal skills Experienced in Organization process development and implementation
  • Good knowledge of Metrics definition and implementation experience
  • able to provide inputs to organization dashboard Conduct process capability baselines for metrics collected
  • identify improvement opportunities
  • conduct post project analysis meetings Should have experience of risk management
  • able to coordinate, assess risks and provide mitigation plans at the organization level
  • Performed SQA role in the previous organization and handled SQA functions for projects for all SDLC phases of projects
  • Facilitate the implementation of new / modified process in various projects Planning
  • conducting Internal Audits
  • consolidation of findings
  • Facilitate tracking non conformance to closure Act as a change agent
  • manage change management activities across the organization
  • Should be able to guide projects and organization in terms of handling incidents and taking appropriate action
  • Maintaining all organizational level policies, processes, procedures, templates
  • assist in their tailoring and implementation in projects
  • Conduct process trainings, process awareness sessions and mentor project team and help realize benefits of defined processes and procedures.
  • Participate in process initiatives like ISO 9001, ISO 27001 Process definition, change management, facilitate projects.
