Job Responsibilities:
The job requires an individual who can rapidly understand business
requirements, assess the fit with current and emerging standards, and
work within a team to provide rapid but effective results, with a focus
on with future standards.
As a member of the R&D team, you will:
- Research, design, develop, configure, integrate, test and maintain new and existing products
- Direct efforts towards usability, self-service, and zero-support needed goals
- Develop domain skills and learn requirement analysis skills under the guidance of senior members
- Troubleshoot and fix issues reported by QA, customers, and business partners
- Design and develop robust, scalable, high-quality products
- Work closely with Engineering Management, Program Management, and QA during the product development lifecycle
