Salary Package : INR 1,00,000 – 3,50,000 P.A

Required :
  1. HCL Bserv is hiring Product / Technical support Analyst, Experience 1 to 5 yrs.
  2. Product / Technical support with knowledge of HTML, Java script and CSS
  3. Experience in Product / Technical support Knowledge in HTML, Java Script and CSS.
  4. Experience in email support and solving the technical issue by step by step process.
Job Responsibilities :
  1. Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to end to end usage of advertisement operations tool.
  2. Provide email based technical support to clients in different geos – 24*7
  3. Follow the workflow & adhere to SLAs – TFR, TRT, TAT, and FCR
  4. Maintain high customer satisfaction
  5. Help with research and troubleshooting of tough tickets
  6. Knowledge Gap Reduction
  7. Process improvement & Escalations management
  8. Product support/Application Support experience
  9. Night Shift Mandatory
